Anyone done slimming world while pregnant? Any tips?
Not to lose weight as such just to make better choices! I'm 33w on Tuesday and I've gained almost 4 stone Blush so I'm hoping to avoid gaining too much more, and I want to be batch cooking healthy SW friendly meals ready for those first couple weeks with a newborn 🙂

My friend was doing SW when she fell pregnant with her 3rd child, she continued doing SW and when she returned after having her baby she was a stone down from her pre pregnancy weight, apparently it is pregnancy friendly and going by my friend it clearly works. Good luck!

I was doing SW pre pregnancy and managed to continue it until halfway. My nausea got really bad and I was vomiting 6+ times a day so ate whatever I could including lots of crisps and chocolate. I feel quite sorry for myself during pregnancy and am moaning a lot so don’t want to restart just yet as it will make me more grouchy not being able to have chocolateBlush

I am planning on rejoining after baby arrives at about 6 weeks postpartum. It’s quite a flexible plan and I feel it will be easy to stick to during pregnancy or with a baby as long as you are organised. You need to meal plan weekly and not buy things you can’t eat, it’s so much easier when it’s not in the house.
