Nursing / maternity bras- help!!

I'm desperately looking for recommendations / advice!

My breasts have grown exponentially since the minute I found out I was pregnant and I haven't managed to find a nursing / maternity bra that fits or I can wear for more than a few hours, and have mostly been going braless the whole pregnancy!

Due to lockdown I haven't been able to get measured, so measured myself at home, coming out as an F cup (I am 23 weeks of 5ft 4 and was a 34 DD Before).

Does anyone do any recommendations of where caters best for comfy bras for this size??

Or even better, if I am able to get measured somewhere with all the health restrictions?

Struggling with what to do as I know good support is key!

Figleaves have a great selection for bigger sizes.

I found by 14weeks I’d gone up from 32F to 34G but needed better support after I tried some cheaper maternity bras as my back and neck were so painful. The bra I love is the Freya flexiwire - they are a bit pricey but figleaves often have offers - the flexiwire gives more support and Ive been so comfy in them. Haven’t had any pain across my back, shoulders or neck since swapping! They also are nursing bras so figure I’ll get quite a lot of use out of them.

A lot people seem to prefer completely non-wired bras in maternity but I needed more support.

I've bought a few good nursing bras from hot milk, although their returns processes isn't as smooth as high street shops. I've also used nursingbra-shop.co.uk who stock several good brands including freya and hot milk. I think they're a small business but returns were easy. In particular, I was recommended the Anita underwired bra on mn and they stock it.

Mine are big (small back size, big cup size) and growing fast so I didn’t think there was a point spending a fortune on bras. I’m not commuting for work and not going very far afield so for now I’m just wearing these which are very very comfy www.marksandspencer.com/2-pack-non-wired-full-cup-seamfree-crop-tops/p/clp20138158?image=SD_02_T33_7001A_YZ_X_EC_90&color=BLACK/WHITE&prevPage=srp

There's a page of mumsnet recommendations on this site somewhere which is pretty good - I've gone up to an ff cup during pregnancy (normally just wear crop tops!) and bought a couple from Latched which are super comfortable and will work for nursing too.
