Diarrhea at 22 weeks

I am 22 weeks pregnant. I have been getting really bad stomach cramps today and have had diarrhea 4 times (not a lot each time--sorry tmi).
Has anyone else had this? Is it something I should be worried about?

I had this a few weeks ago when I was 19 weeks and was terrified as I went through pprom with my last pregnancy at 18 weeks. But it ended up just being an isolated day of diarrhea and horrible cramps. I haven't had anything similar since, back to having the opposite problem of constipation now!! I'm 22 weeks as well now so I'm sure it's just one of those joys of pregnancy! If you're really worried though or it last longer than a couple of days, I'd speak to midwife.
