4 weeks pregnant and forgot!

I just found out I am pregnant yesterday. I just pelted down the stairs and then jumped hard on the floor. Feel fine but, could this damage the baby? I plum forgot I was pregnant. Anyone else do this? Okay or not? I won't do it again. What have you done if you've ever momentarily forgotten you're pregnant?

Thanks.

Your baby is about the size of a small seed at this point and is surrounded by fluid and layers of skin and other bits. You'll be fine, nothing like this will harm the baby.

You'll be fine! They're well cushioned in there.

I went for a spontaneous sprint down the road at about twenty something weeks pregnant as my dog had escaped and I panicked. 😂 I wouldn't recommend it as my hips ached after but the baby was fine - she's now a strapping 13 year old. The dog was also fine at the time.

At 4 weeks I went on a winter activity holiday where I was skiing and snowmobiling etc. I wasn't aware I was pregnant at that point and spent a whole day diving into piles of snow making snow angels and pretending to be 'silly salmons' with my niece. I also fell over several times trying to tandem ski and I slipped on ice at least twice.
Since then, I've fallen down the stairs at 16 weeks and I've had appendicitis.
I'm now 34 weeks and baby is absolutely fine. As others have said, our little ones are very well protected in there.

You can jumpGrin.

I’m also 4 weeks pregnant and spent a lot of the day on a trampoline with my daughter. Jumping is ok.

At 4 weeks pregnant with my first I was on an outdoor activities weekend in the lakes with a group of 6th formers. I wasn't sure (hadn't tested yet) and I sure as hell didn't want them guessing so I ignored the possibility. Was climbing rocks, building rafts, jumping into lakes, crawling through tunnels. All fine.

If a pregnancy fails at this very early stage it's not due to the mother moving energetically. You're fine, OP.

Really appreciate all your replies. Thanks so much. It really helps. I've already got two healthy boys and I'm sure I did stuff like this with them but it still worries me. You'd think I'd calm down for my third! Trying not to spend the whole time worrying this time around. Day 2, haven't done so well! I will keep trying.

Thanks a bunch again. Hugs all round.
