I heard it's not safe to eat while pregnant and I just consumed it lol maybe I'm over worrying

Well I wouldn't make it something you eat all day everyday but as long as it's only as an occasional snack I think it's totally fine

I eat those noodles dry, like a biscuit, without a flavour packet (one of those pregnancy things..) Now almost 23 weeks pregnant and ok so far.

Can't imagine why they would be a problem other than potentially a lot of salt in the flavouring packets. I'd go easy on them for that reason but you will not have caused a problem just by eating one packet.

I ate a lot of super noodles at the end of my first trimester because I had a horrible URTI
for like 2 weeks (no lemsip allowed and couldn't keep paracetamol down Sad) plus constant nausea, and it was one of the few things that went down ok. DD is absolutely fine!

What on earth do you think could be in packet noodles that could be dangerous for you or your baby? They are high in salt so not great to have every day but otherwise crack on.
