Pregnancy following Partial Molar

Hello everyone, I read the posts on here regularly but am new to posting! At the beginning of the year I had a missed miscarriage which I found out on our 12 week dating scan. The foetus measured at 9 weeks and there was no heart beat. Sad I opted for a surgical management removal procedure as last year I had a miscarriage and due to retained products I ended up being rushed to hospital and ended up having an emergency procedure of this and required to have a couple of blood transfusion due to the blood loss. After I had the procedure this year I was informed that they would test for molar pregnancy to which the results came back it was a partial molar. I had the required follow up tests with Charing Cross Hospital and was given the all clear to try again when ready. We conceived almost immediately and I am around 6 weeks. I have an early can at 7 weeks but have had some very light spotting the last could of days and can’t help but panic. I am trying to remain positive but feel worried all the time and have started having some nightmares the last couple of days. Has anyone experienced anything similar? Ive read spotting can be normal in early pregnancy but how much is normal and when should I really be concerned? I’d love to hear some of your experiences and any words of advise would be appreciated! B x
