Hi all, I break up from work today for annual leave and maternity leave following!

Any suggestions what I can do to help ourselves?

Not sure what you mean?

I only had a week before baby, but i cleaned the house and stocked the freezer. That was it, mainly. Just lots of sitting about!

Make the most of it! Netflix, day time
Naps, pottering about, pampering. I Went on mat leave at 36 weeks and had her at 37 weeks so I didn't make the most of it.

Wow, baby might not come until early September so you'll have plenty of time to play with!

My advice would be to get the house straight and do any jobs which have been hanging around plus lots of batch cooking, as you probably won't have time later. But also plan plenty of time for yourself/you and your partner because (assuming it's your first baby) you don't get this time again. Just indulge yourself a bit. Maternity leave with subsequent babies is a very different kettle of fish!

Wow you've finished up early!

Batch cook meals for the freezer.
Give house a deep clean.
Organise cupboards
Have a clear out
Pack hospital bag
Get everything organised for baby if you haven't already

Eat well just now and exercise / do pelvic floor exercises
