Hello im 9 +3 and I'm absolutely exhausted I feel like I can barely lift my head off the pillow and constantly falling asleep. I feel sick all the time and I'm finding it very difficult to eat foods as I seen to have an aversion to most food.
I'm so happy to be pregnant I can't imagine going back to work I've been off for nearly 2 weeks and can't face going back as I cam barely make it through the day at home a 13. 5 hour shift seems impossible 😞

Hi, I feel ya! I'm only 6 weeks and I'm so exhausted, I'm working from home and not actually moving around much but by the time it hits 7pm I'm so tired.

Have you spoken to your doctor for anti sickness meds? They’ve helped me so much (I’m still absolutely exhausted all the time and struggle to get though the day- hoping this improves now I’m 12 weeks).

I had that. I wasn't nauseous but I was just so drained of energy. It wals anaemia. I recommend Spatone with orange juice.

@gk35 that's good that you can work from home it's a horrible feeling being so exhausted isn't it. I'm a nurse and I'm off at the moment I don't feel like I can go back yet when I am in bed again by 1pm and sleeping until 4 the dizzy feeling is awful aswell.
