Sushi from Tesco

Yes, most likely. Sushi made from fish that has been previously frozen is OK, iirc, and that'll likely include all supermarket and high street sushi.

Supermarket sushi isn't raw.

It’s fine. I craved it massively during my last pregnancy and googled it a lot out of guilt. Supermarket sushi is fine as the fish has to have been frozen. Proper restaurant sushi, you need to check more carefully.

The only risk with sushi is if the fish is raw as in sashimi, which you tend to only get in a Japanese restaurant or yo sushi! Shop bought stuff does not contain anything raw as the pp points out.

Sushi from anywhere, including a restaurant, will have been previously frozen in accordance with EU law and therefore be perfectly fine.
