I feel so sick :( and didn’t have any sickness in my first trimester. I’m now almost 32 weeks... any idea what is could be and how I can shift it? Thanks

Pregnancy sickness can start /return in the third trimester. Mine came back at 25 weeks.
Acud reflux and indigestion can also cause nausea and having less stomach space can contribute too.
My nausea was worse last week when I was struggling to stay hydrated.

Try eating little and often, staying hydrated and consider acid relief medicines like gaviscon or rennies. Bring it up with your midwife too.

I had awful MS and nausea in the first trimester and early 2nd trimester.
It then came back unexpectedly and I randomly had a couple of episodes of being sick when brushing my teeth around 30 weeks. It didn't last long though. I'm now 34 weeks and it seems to have passed (fingers crossed).

I’m almost 35 weeks and recently been feeling queasy again, I’ve put it down to constipation/gas and generally running out of abdomen space lol

I had sickness throughout my pregnancy but it did definitely worsen again towards the end. As PP have said everything is being pushed up so heartburn/reflux can end up being more of the cause of the nausea. I had to make sure I ate little and often. If I went too long I would be overwhelmed with nausea so that I didn’t want to eat. I ended up on anti reflux medicines towards the end as gaviscon no longer worked. The minute I gave birth the sickness stopped completely literally if this is any consolation Grin
