How long has to be between baby's movement sessions to count them separately?

Hi all. FTM , anterior placenta, 27 weeks. The baby is starting to have a movement pattern and I'm starting to keep track of it.
How long does it need to be between baby kicking sessions to count them separately?
Sometimes it would only 5 min and the baby starts moving again? Do i count it as i session or 2?

Each movement is a separate one, not like a time period.

Kicks Counts app says to count the sessions, not the individual kicks.

I consider any gap a break, even if it's only 5 minutes.
I just count sessions too....you'd be on all day counting individual kicks and rolls!

The kicks counts app helped me around your gestation when baby was just starting to get a pattern established and would still have quiet and more active days....i think I used it from 28-32 weeks so about a month. I'm 34 weeks now and don't really bother counting any more as she moves a lot so I would know if something had changed.
