My friend makes custom ones and has loads of pretty rainbow ones! Have a look here

Try Frugi, they do lots of brightly coloured clothes. Bet they do a rainbow one.

Or if you mean actual little rainbows, try babybypepe on Instagram. Small business, not me, but have bought from them.

Try wish. I found some on there. Unfortunately though we never got chance to buy it or use it

Congrats! I got my little rainbow some lovely sleepsuits from Next. They seem to have a few rainbow designs too

Frugi - my daughter lived in the rainbow sleepsuits because they were super cute and the feet/hands fold up into cuffs which was handy for her as she was tiny with massive feet 🤣

Ours were second hand from the Facebook frugi Preloved page.

Boots mini club have lovely brightly coloured babygros, I bought a rainbow one as a present last year.

Little Bird by Jools Oliver is almost entirely rainbows. It isn't available at the moment with Mothercare gone but it is apparently coming back via Boots. In the meantime there is a lot available second-hand.

I got a 3 pack of rainbow sleepsuits from Sainsburys recently.
