I bet she was thankful it was a C-section!

And it was her 12th child!

My brother kindly sent me this, we've been told this one will be bigger than DD but she only weighed 17 pounds at a year altho' she was 7'11" at birth.
My eyes are watering at the thought, thank god I've hardly eaten noodles this pg.
