Hi all got my second 20 week scan today as they couldn’t get all the brain measurements they needed last week excited to see my little boy again but so worried something is wrong going to be one very long day x

@Dspx aw hope all goes well and that Babba cooperates this time! I’m sure he’ll be fine! Mine will be 2 weeks today - can’t wait but also nervous!!

@PollyOaks I have an anterior placenta too and I was reading that we must've put lack of movements down to that. 19 weeks is still very early and the midwife I spoke to said they don't look into it until 20 weeks. Here is a link:

I'm counting down now to my scan on Friday. I thought I was getting movements a bit more regularly but have felt hardly anything for the last couple of days. Trying not to read anything into it but it's hard!

thanks all its not until 4.30 so just trying to get through the day, I'm sure everything is fine just wish it was something not as important than his brain that they couldn't get as that's whats worrying me the most. I have massive scan anxiety anyway after a horrendous time last year so that doesn't help I'm sure he's just being a pain xx

@pigletpie2177 ahh OK I read the baby can end up front to back too so a c section would be needed but I guess this isn't common x

@Dspx so glad you can now relax a bit the dreaded scan is over for you and all is well with baby, I am super anxious for mine this week too afraid to put any nursery furniture together until then 🙈

@PollyOaks ahh now I did end up having a section but for u related reasons - baby was breech. Nobody suggested any correlation and I'm due to speak to consultant soon about vbac v section this time and nobody has suggested section more likely due to placenta. I'll keep you updated though!

I've been camping this week. I don't think I could manage camping much more pregnant. The baby has starting feeling really heavy at night. Definitely can't sleep on my back anymore.

I wake up like this each morning after sleeping on my side 😂🤣😂

These bumps are so weird. Mine is kind of pointy. Like a little pyramid on my belly. Toblerone baby perhaps 😳?

Haha my baba definitely likes my right side. Getting twitches today, like little stretches and zaps where the bump is x

How are we all doing? Am 20 weeks Sunday and have my scan on Wednesday. Times really flying isn’t it?! Bravely got on the scales this morning too haha. I feel like baby had a growth spurt in the night as I actually look pregnant this morning, was so excited I took a picture XD (don’t normally tend to have a bump until the afternoon for some reason?!). How’s everyone else’s bumps getting along?

Looking good is this your first? I’m nearly 19 weeks and I’m Probably double the size of u 😂 but this is my 2nd and I was showing from week 7 lol

Morning all! Welcome @MRSO2017! I’m due with my first on 22nd Jan - awaiting 20wk scan on 7th Sept before I know if Babba is a boy or a girl. 19wks today! I think I have been feeling some flutters that definitely aren’t gas the last couple of days.
