15-16 weeks is way to early for consistent movements, they still have loads of room and are still quite small!

I don't think movements are likely to be consistent at this stage. Baby is still fairly small and able to move around quite a lot, which might explain why you haven't felt anything

I’m 17+5 and movements not consistent here either. I don’t think they are expected to be until closer to 24 weeks. Don’t worry :)

As pp said, you are unlikely to feel consistent movement until over 24 weeks and it'll be 28 weeks+ before you get a full established pattern so still quite a way off.
Baby is still absolutely tiny at 15/16 weeks so lots of room to move and hide.
