Asking for a friend. All of her life she had been told her uterus is shaped like a heart. Now she is pregnant the doctors actually realised that she actually has 2 uterus. She is 14 weeks pregnant and baby is in the bigger uterus luckily but she won't be able to hold the pregnancy until full term and she'll definitely have a CS.
My friend is absolutely devastated as the chance if a late miscarriage is very high. Has anyone been in the same situation and had a healthy pregnancy and healthy full term baby?

Hi, my friends wife was diagnosed with 2 uterus and 2 cervix after an early miscarriage. She struggled to get pregnant again but did she had a CS last year at 38 weeks and all was fine she now has a healthy baby girl. She was very closely monitored and told she could go naturally at any point. Pregnancy is stressful as it is but I hope in hearing this it will bring her some hope. Xxx

thank you @Sash887. She is closely monitored by a consultant but still very worried.

I had a bicornuate uterus but one of my horns was completely sealed off. I had that and the corresponding ovary/fallopian tube removed when I was 17.
Since then I've gone on to have 4 babies all in the 39 week range with one of them being 9lb (and breech). I had quick and "easy" labours with all 4, so there may be hope for her.
In fact, I was told the only major risk factor is the risk of a breech baby.
