I have just had a phone call at 32 weeks from a heath visitor asking if I'd like to have one. I can't remember from my last child how helpful they are, what's your experience with the health visitor and is it worth it?

I loved my health visitor, great port of call if I needed something. My first was a really poorly baby and she did loads for us as a family. She sadly moved to Australia but I still keep in touch with her. I know loads of people who have had negative experiences with theirs but I never had a problem with mine. If meet with her an then if you do have a problem least you know who to turn to. Totally up to yourself. Xx

Our local ones are a waste of space mostly 🙄 the odd one is helpful but some haven’t got the foggiest. It’s very hit and miss. I’ll be declining this time if offered. They wasted enough of my time at my toddler’s 2 year check (which I took time off work and pulled him out of work for, literally for nothing).
