Had my first call with the midwife today and she mentioned the Harmony test is more accurate than the NHS one, so just wondering what everyones thoughts were on if it’s worth the money as I believe I’ve read its £400?

As an aside I’m nearly 36 and my NHS downs result was 1:1800 and Ed/Pat was 1:80,000. I was satisfied with both of those. Given the baseline risk at my age is 1:250 for downs it seemed like a good result.

It was for me. I paid for the NHS SAFE test, it was around £395 but it put my mind at rest.

had one at 40 and now at 45 at Fetal med center in London, as mentioned in previous post, you get a scan 10w, test and 12w scan for £450..worth every penny, but that's my personal opinion. Plus their scans are so much better and partners can also attend..
