First signs of labour

Hello everyone,

I'm 38 weeks so due any day. Getting a lot of back ache, belly ache, strange sensations in the pelvic area and also a feeling like I could wee at any point.

Was just wondering what people first symptoms of labour was like and how you new it was the real thing?

You won’t miss it I promise, it will be one of the most painful things you’ll probably ever go through.

Everyone’s is different but my contractions started and felt like period pain that we’re exactly 9 minutes apart and lasted around 1 minute BUT distinctly like a contraction (which I’d never felt before but knew exactly what it was when I felt it).
