Swollen Feet...Pitting Odema?

I'm 33 weeks today and over the last 4 days my feet are mega swollen (right foot especially). This happened previously when it was hot so I assumed it would go away now that the weather is a bit cooler. When I press down on my feet, it leaves a dent for a few seconds which I've read can be pitting odema. Is this something to worry about? I had a midwife appointment a few days ago and she didn't seem concerned about the swelling. My urine was fine and blood pressure was fine, just a little on the low side. Any advice on how to reduce the swelling? I've been sat with my feet up for the last few days but it isn't helping

I've had exactly this! Funnily enough also my right foot that seems to be worse! (Mine are some bad now I can only wear flip flops lol and even they leave marks!) 😂

Unfortunately not a lot has helped other than keeping them up as much as you can above heart heart even when you're sleeping at night. It's not the most comfy position sleeping on your side with pillows by your feet but it does help somewhat! I also find that cold water helps more than warm water!

Unfortunately mine haven't gone down completely but only a few days to go hopefully!

Just keep an eye on them and if you do have concerns then ring triage if anything changes! I.e headaches, vision etc as it could then be a sign of pre eclampsia

Hope this helps a little! Not long to go :)
