They have a decent pram deal and just wondering if they're reputable before I take the plunge?

Trustpilot seems to think it’s worth it - over 4 stars :) uk.trustpilot.com/review/trendybaby.co.uk

Hi Op, their warehouse is literally behind my house! They are brilliant. When i was choosing a pram, i went over there and they were really knowledgeable about everything. They didnt have the pram i wanted in the right colour so i ordered it on their website, no problems at all. In fact, i ordered it to pick up from their warehouse and they personally came over to deliver it when it arrived because it was so heavy 😆

I know their website doesnt look quite as 'fresh' as other suppliers but they are a legit business and ive been very happy with their service Smile

We bought our pram from there. Was a little dubious too, but they had the best price after extensive research and my order came the next day (Shock was expecting it to take weeks!). Really happy with our purchase (Uppababy Vista). Bought the car seat and base from the equally awfully named Kiddies Kingdom, as it worked out cheaper over all.

‘save5’ might still work as a discount code, too. Good luck!

@WhatWouldPennyDo I've just bought a vista as well. I had a cruz with my daughter and loved it. They had a deal on for the 2019 version with car seat and footmoof for £729. The shop we went in yesterday wanted £1400 for the newest model. Considering I was over the moon with my Uppababy from 2013 I think I can manage with 2019 version 😊

We went for the uppababy vista too! Mothercare wanted about £1k for it, but i think we paid around £850 for it on trendy baby Smile

@rainbowcakes I'm so excited. The Uppababy cruz I had back in 2013 was brilliant. The company was great to deal with. The handlebar was sticking a bit and they sent me a whole new chassis no bother.

We bought our travel system from Trendy Baby. It came quickly. The isofix was obviously a return as had someone else's address on a separate delivery sticker. We ended up sending back the isofix as well as didn't sit properly in the car despite being on the fit list. They processed the return and refund quickly.

The pram chassis arrived scratched and they made us deal directly with the manufacturer for a replacement.

chubbyhotchoc · 28/06/2020 10:15

@Mizydoscape aww that's rubbish. I've taken the plunge now so will have to hope for the best

@chubbyhotchoc hopefully all will be fine for you. To be fair the manufacturer dealt really well with sending us a replacement chassis.
