For the past maybe.. half hour? I've had a localised wave of pain coming and going on the left side of my bikini line, I could point to it and know exactly where it is. It's not a huge amount of pain, but it's also enough for me to wonder if I should phone triage or not.

I have been to the toilet for a number 2 and that hasn't helped anything. I thought it might have.

I feel stupid for phoning them because it's really not that painful and I feel like I'm just worrying over nothing. Especially when I went in a week ago for reduced movements I just feel like I'm taking the piss.

Any concerns, always call your maternity unit. Let the midwife decide if it's anything to worry about or not. And I say that as a midwife! It's never worth taking the risk.

Agree. Call and check. You are never a nuisance if you have concerns in pregnancy.

Okay I phoned them, thank you for the encouragement.

Baby's moving all fine in there, actually going mental at the moment wriggling around 😂

She said that it's possibly just a ligament growing pain with how far along I am, take paracetamol and have a bath and see how it goes. Any worse, bleeding or feeling like I'm not coping with it then to phone them back and they'll get me in and check me.

Sounds like round ligament pain to me. Worth calling them anyway, they really don’t mind!x
