Headache for 4 days - should I be concerned?!

I’m 22 weeks pregnant and have had a headache for 4 days, when I say 4 it’s not been constant - I’ve been managing on paracetomol which it then seems to disappear but I’ve had a headache everyday now for the last 4 days..

Could it be hormones at this gestation?

Checked my BP yesterday and that was normal too...

Are you drinking enough water? Could be dehydration in the soaring temperatures we've had.

I’ve definitely been drinking more than usual but did wonder if it was dehydration because of the weather...

Personally I would call the midwife and check, often its something simple but sometimes can be a sign of something serious.
