Extremely anxious

I had a miscarriage last September at 10 weeks, after trying for almost 2 years.
We had been referred to the fertility clinic for tests and i was waiting an appointment to go for a scan to check my tubes before COVID happened.

If this time my husband and i found out we are pregnant again. I am 7 weeks on Monday. Due to the miscarriage, time it took to conceive and previous issues (i only have one fallopian tube) we have been booked in for an early scan on Monday.

Since i found out I was pregnant 2 weeks ago ive had lots of symptoms: heavy sore boobs, light cramps, tiredness, nauseous, no appetite, occasional sickness and constant need to pee.

I woke up yesterday, having slept straight through the night with no bathroom breaks feeling 'normal'. Went to the bathroom and on wiping i had really light pink/brown discharge.
It only happened once in the morning but then all day i had period like cramps in my lower stomach. I felt tired later on at night and was sick 3 times whilst trying to eat my dinner.

This morning i am extremely anxious as i only feel tired and a tiny but nauseous i am worried something is wrong.
The midwife advised i should only call again if i experience bleeding enough to fill a pad and ill be checked over on Monday.

Has this happened to anyone or is anyone experiencing now and everythings been ok?

I had one miscarriage then quite a bit of bleeding in my next pregnancy, he's now 3. It was a heamatoma (sp). I did spend the whole pregnancy worrying though.
I'm pregnant again and had a lot of bleeding early on so much I mistook it for periods so when I thought I was 12 weeks I was actually 22 weeks. I had no sickness, no early tiredness, no sore boobs.
It is common to bleed, brown/pink blood tends to be older blood.

Hello - wanted to send a hand hold at the waiting and worrying is awful. I have had two miscarriages and last week at 8 weeks pregnant my nausea stopped and I had energy again which sent my mind into over drive. No spotting.

I literally couldn't cope with the worrying to booked a private scan.

If you can manage it I would because if all is ok you can get some reassurance.

There are lots of normal reason why there was spotting.
