This is baby no3 and I'm nearly 30 weeks, both other babies were head down from 25/27 and stayed that way until birth, I know I have until 36 before I have to start to worry, but I'm petrified of having a c-section (no idea why) but I couldn't imagine having one and it sends me into a proper panic, I've had operations and can deal with blood etc, but it nearly brings me to tears thinking about it!

I just wondered if anyone had any experience with the same and had any tips that may work to move baby?

I know it's probably all just down to baby if he wants to move or not, but might give some comfort in the next few weeks to try some stuff 🙈

Thank you x

Haven’t had any experience of this (2nd pregnancy, but only second trimester) but I remember my midwife telling me that in subsequent pregnancies they tend to turn later and later because you are a bit more “roomy”.

Hi, I dont have any tips on how to get baby to turn but people recommend the spinning babies website.

Just wanted to say there's still loads of time for baby to turn so try not to worry. My baby was breech until 32 weeks and then turned head down.

I'm also terrified by the thoughts of having a c-section. Would much rather a vaginal birth.

Thank you all,

Never heard of spinning babies so I'll have a little look on there! I know I'm probably panicking for no reason as I know a lot of time to move, It just feels strange as never had a baby this way up for this long.

He's been my naughty one won't stay still for scans and heart beat monitoring, had to re attend both scans as couldn't get a clear picture of limbs etc so I just hope he doesn't act up and stay turned up!

My baby was head down until a couple of days ago and so had turned by 32 weeks. This is my third baby, I think the odds are with you for baby turning.

Clearly baby brain, I meant my baby was breech until a couple of days ago 🤦🏼‍♀️^
