What is this rash?!

Can anyone shed any light on what's happened to my face?!

Usually it's pretty much clear apart from the odd spot. I'm 20 weeks, haven't used any new products or anything. At first I thought it was heat rash from walking yesterday (first day in the sun properly but was wearing make up so blamed that). I have a good skincare routine too and never sleep in make up.

I first noticed it this morning. It's not massively bumpy but if I run my fingers over it it does feel bumpy. It's not particularly sore or itchy either.

I have a phone call with my midwife on Monday so if it's still there then I'll mention it but just wondered if anyone had any ideas?

This is my second pregnancy and had nothing like it with DD1 - maybe this ones a boy?! Who knows

I forgot to say it's across both sides of my face but nowhere else on my body

Did they?! Grinmines not itchy, although if I put my hands on it my subconscious tells me to scratch! How did they treat it?

Ive had mine about 6 hours now, not itchy either

Looks like puppps I had it on my chest. I just used an E45 itchy/rash cream (that is safe in pregnancy) from supermarket and at some point it disappeared.

My face has been the exact same throughout. The only thing I found that works is Johnstones baby moisturiser! It’s been a god send!
