Rash on bump

I have this rash that started a few days ago and was just a few sports underneath my bump on either side. Today it has spread considerably and is now all over my bump. Has anybody else had this? and do you think it is something to be concerned about?

I have this and was told it’s due to the heat. Mines so itchy

Could it be heat rash, maybe where you’re sweating more? Try cool shower and then wear loose natural fibres that allow skin to breath. But don’t hesitate to contact your midwife or GP if it’s worrying you

I thought it might be, but as it had started before it got really hot I wasn't 100% sure.
