The bog standard cheap supermarket one is more than good enough

I got the Sainsbury's own for £1 a tub. Worked a treat.
Don't fall for the fancy packaging with the big prices, they all pretty much do the same thing!

Folic acid is folic acid. Remember to take vitamin D too
