Piles, prolapse or something else?

Hi

I’ve suffered with bad constipation since the birth of DC1 over two years ago (though not in my first pregnancy). I’m now 33 weeks pregnant with DC2 and bleeding every time I poo. There’s also lumps there, I’ve tried piles cream but it’s doing nothing except soothing a little.

Could it be a prolapse from my first birth? Or just bad piles? Or something else? I eat a lot of fresh fruit and veg without huge efforts and I’m convinced this isn’t diet related.

Could it be a skin tag ?

@clo1992 maybe scarring as I did have stitches when DC1 was born. Although it’s getting progressively worse which makes me think it’s not. Having issues getting to see the Gp at the moment and not seeing midwife for another few weeks x

Can you have a telephone appointment with GP and send a photo. Iv had to do this about an issue downstairs as they don't want you to come in.

I have internal skin tags that cause this from dc1 (got worse after dc2&3). They've caused constipation and bleeding. They can be very sore and treatment for piles didn't help.

I've got prolapses and never experienced bleeding from them.

@Buckingham1988 really? Do you mind me asking how they diagnosed these?

An mri (scanning for something else) then I had a colonoscopy.
I'm now 16 years post dc1 and they still play up at times but not as bad as the early days.
