My partner was told last Tuesday that he is being made redundant as of 30th June. Our baby is arriving by elective c section on 3rd July. From what I’ve read he’s missed out on paternity leave by 3 days! Am I right?
How can I encourage natural labour in the hope the baby comes Monday😂 (as I also think that if I have the baby early then he would still get paternity pay but I could be wrong). Can’t believe this is happening 😢
