LO has been really quiet today and my stomach is pretty off and I'm getting a bit worried. I can't sit and concentrate til I get home in an hour or so. do you think I'm worrying unneccessarily? Its been very active lately, and I've got a MW appt tomorrow... I'm 31 weeks today.

When you get home drink some ice cold drink (preferably something fizzy) and lie down on your left side - you should feel something soon enough

you'll prob be glad of the rest for now, as when you get home and lay down and drink an ice cold drink baby will continue to kick.

Baby had a good old fidget last night thank god, wish it wouldn't worry me this way!
