Posting in this section as it seems relevant or someone may have experienced similar.

For the past week or so I've been extremely out of breath. To the point it wakes me up at night as I'm either holding my breath or breathing too quickly? It's been really scaring me to tears some days. It's also like it during the day too.

I've also (tmi) had haemorrhoids for about a week. It's so painful and won't go away. With severe constipation. Now I'll probably be over the top here but before I go to the doctors I wanted to see if google had any answers. Every time I type it in it comes up with pregnancy symptoms for both things.

My last period was 5 weeks ago, a lot lighter than normal but did last for 5 days. So I just assumed I had a one off weird period.

Could this be anxiety? I definitely have a bit of health anxiety and even more so with everything going on. Or could it be possible and I need to check with a pg test? I don't have any other symptoms. Maybe some tiredness and I do have extreme mood swings/very emotional, a couple of vivid dreams. But could mean anything. No breast tenderness or anything like that either.

Thank you in advance, especially if you got this far with me rambling on!

The only way to confirm pregnancy could be to take a test. Symptoms can be quite different for everyone, so it's not conclusive based on that really!

I hope you manage to get your haemorrhoids sorted out too, I know how painful they can be and it's horrible!

Whatever the outcome, I hope it's one you are hoping for!

Thanks so much for replying, just wanted to get some insight before I go and buy one. It's hard being self employed in this situation and I have to save as much as I can.

The only way you'll know will be to take a test. I understand your worries about being self employed, I really hope that everything works out for you Smile. How would you feel if the test was positive?
