TENS machine for neck pain?

I have mild scoliosis and can't get to see my chiropractor for over a week. I'm 15weeks and wondering if I can use a pharmacy TENS machine to relieve the pain a little?

I can't find much online and have lost the booklet but I can barely move and am at wits end! Many thanks

Not sure about the neck but I use a TENS machine I bought from amazon on my frozen shoulder and it's perfectly safe.
I think as long as you don't put it on your lower back, stomach, hips or thighs your ok, but do check with your local pharmacist, GP or MW first
