Had my 20 weeks scan and didn't find out the gender but I'm curious as to whether this is a willy or not! Thank you

No, I don't think so. It looks like the wrong place and wrong angle to me (although I'm definitely no expert).
I don't think you would see the genitals on a side view pic like that.
