Just a bit of history, Ive had two previous IVF’s - one resulted in miscarriage and one failed. Despite taking the pill for 4-5 years last year I started bleeding and they couldn’t understand why, I had some investigations and all OK but have been off the pill for a few months now.
In the days running up to my period I felt really off, had some twinges in my stomach, felt sick, headaches, slightly sore boobs, I just felt weird and said to DH it wouldn’t surprise me if I was pregnant.
My period was 3 days late, but I didn’t test as we had agreed I would wait longer so I didn’t get my hopes up... after the three days I got my period.
I’ve started using a mensural cup, and since getting my period on Thursday what I have passed in every cup has been lots of blood clots - like big ones - I usually have heavy periods, and my cups have been full after 2-3 hours but the only liquid really is quite small it’s just clotty.
I’ve woken up this morning with really bad stomach pains... I’m wondering now whether it’s a missed miscarriage/miscarriage and I’m worried if it is that not everything will come away properly...
Anyone else been in the same situation? If so what do you recommend?
