Hi ladies I'm just looking for similar really I will ring my midwife tomorrow.

I'm 36 weeks pregnant now and I'm just not feeling right. I'm sick a lot I feel weak all the time and poorly fortunately I'm on maternity now but my partner has had to go on the sick to look after our 1 year old son because I'm just that poorly. This has been happening for about 5 days now I'm sleeping all night and half the day it's crazy I hate it 🙁

In the beginning of my pregnancy for the first 20 weeks I had hyperemesis which was controlled by medication and a few hospital admissions for fluids.

But about weeks 23 it was gone just like that nothing since.

Anybody else feel like this? It's starting to worry me a little now, I will ring up the maternity unit tomorrow just to be safe. Be got 3 children from a previous relationship, and one of my daughters I did have pre eclampsia which was diagnosed at 35 weeks, then 2 days later I went into Labour spontaneously but I can't remember if I was poorly or not it was over 10 years ago.

Thankyou x

I would just phone your maternity unit now if you’re that unwell your partner has to look after your little one, I’m 35 weeks and wouldn’t hesitate to give them a ring if I was this unwell better safe than sorry x

Ring them now. I had my 2nd baby in the Autumn at 36 weeks. Felt off on and off for a couple of days and the last evening really not myself. Spent the whole night just convincing myself it was indigestion or something, but my partner convinced me to call the midwives and get a second opinion. They told me to come in for a check over, by the time I arrived at the hospital (not a huge distance) I was ready to drop baby in the car park. Not great when I had a medical requirement for a c section at 39 weeks. Should have went earlier, rather than it all happening in a panic. They won't make you feel daft for checking in. Just do it.

@Neednameinspiration can I ask if there was something wrong or was it just that baby was on the way?

I've been feeling really exhausted myself the last couple of days, and was quite light headed/sick feeling overnight, so just curious. (I'm at 34+2).

I don't have any experience but I'm risk of pre eclampsia but my mid wife said if I just feel in general really unwell to call straight away to get checked out. Best not to wait until tomorrow and get checked now! Xx
