Dizzy after eating

I'm 25w pregnant and over the past few days I've started to feel quite unwell (dizzy and a bit nauseous) after eating a big meal or sweet food. It's worse if I lie down, including lying on my side. Could this be a sign of gestational diabetes? I'm not in the at risk group as I have a healthy BMI, no family history and I'm white, but I know it can just develop randomly as well. I've also been needing to wee more frequently, but had put this down to baby getting bigger and pressing on my bladder.

Is there anything else it could be instead?

I think dizziness after eating can mean your bp drops slightly, the body sends blood to digest the food and this can cause the dizziness. I’m not a medic though, hopefully someone qualified will advise you
