Iv been getting quite intense back pain and round ligament pains for a week now. My mucas plug has been coming out in chunks too. I carnt sleep or even sit for too long without theses pains happening.
I’m assuming they contractions because the pains happen from my lower back and travels to my lower belly and my belly goes hard.
I’m just not sure when to go hospital
