Back Pain

I’m currently 19+1, this morning I started have a dull ache in my lower back. It is now in the middle of my back and more like a shooting pain that is quite intense. Any ideas or advice on what this might be thanks

Do you notice it all the time or is it worst when you get up from sitting/lying down?
I'm 19+6 and have had a stiffness in my back when I've gotten up from sitting down, even if just for a few mins.

I've also had pains below my bump for a few days now and I spoke to doctor about them and she said it sounded like pelvic girdle pain and gave me a leaflet which showed the possible areas where PGP can hit you and the lower back was included so it may be that in your case too.

I’ve been getting a dull ache in lower back for a while that comes and goes but tonight it moved up my back and is more intense like a constant pain
