Hello,

So I'm 7 weeks and 3 days and my husband and I did the deed last night in about 7 weeks (I've not felt well and death in family etc)

This morning I've woke up and there was some blood in my underwear but not when I wiped and I had some cramping, is this normal?

Thanks

Yes that can be really usual. You've probably just shifted some old blood. But obviously if it becomes very heavy or you get a lot of pain, do call the EPU

Have you got a midwife appointment anytime soon? I’d mention it at your next appointment but it’s very common I think people just don’t always talk about it but the midwife would like to know about that just to be safe

I have one on Tuesday, it'll be my first appointment so I'll mention it thank you!

I had pretty much the exact same thing around that time, for me the bloodiness only happened once and it was brownish and old. Obviously mention to the mw but I think if it is brownish rather than red then it's prob not a problem

And in my case, same as you, we hadn't dtd for a week or two.
Btw sorry to hear about the family bereavement
