30 days late for period but negative test

Hi all!

I’ve recently had a baby 6/7 months ago, my periods got back to normal pretty quickly I’ve had 3 cycles since. They have all been regular as clock work.

I’m now around 30 days late and on cycle day 62. I’ve done 3 home tests and they are all negative. I’m cramping like crazy in my lower abdomen and just wondering what my next step should be?
