How do I get this baby to move?!

All day the baby has been managing to kick me downwards and into my pelvis and it's starting to hurt so much. I've been on a walk, I've jumped around wriggled my hips and nothings changed its position. It's like it's saying "mum, I'm going to do what I want anyway"

I just don't know what else I can do to get baby to shift and stop kicking downwards.

Take a look at the spinning babies website. It's advice on turning breech babies, so I don't know how many weeks you are but check some of the exercises are suitable!

I had about 3 days when pregnant with dd2 where she was kicking me directly in the bladder, making me see a little bit when she kicked! Fantastic!

@Florencenotflo should've mentioned that, I'm 25weeks. Looks like they've got a good list on that website for comfort so will give some of them a go! Thank you

Yes spinning babies is an awesome website! It had tons of info that can be overwhelming, but so helpful & the suggested exercises Are excellent
