Have my waters gone?

Unsure weather to get checked at the hospital as I went for my morning wee- wiped myself. Then as I got up more ‘water’ came out of me like a little gush. It was clear and didn’t smell.... could this just have been more urine though ? 🤷🏽‍♀️

I had srom in 3 pregnancies
Each time there was a definite click and change in pressure. Twice it was forewaters and there was no mistaking it - gushing uncontrollably and more came out with every step.

The third time it was my hindwaters that broke. I got an initial small gush but baby's head stopped the leak and it wasn't constantly gushing with every step. It would puddle in my vagina when I laid down and I'd lose a small amount when I stood up, but not enough to soak trousers once the initial gush went. I really had to advocate for myself with him not to just be left. He was born with "ragged membranes" which proved I had been correct.

It is possible your hind waters have gone - though I always felt a click. Try lying down and seeing if they puddle, or if you get a gush if you cough.

It could definitely have been waters. You should phone in.

Sounds like it OP. You may have missed a bit too if it came out while you were on the loo.
Put a pad in as they checked mine when I went to hospital and they could tell.
Are you due now?
I'd give your maternity unit a call at the very least.

Thanks ladies. Phoned the hospital & they told me to put a pad on for 2 hours and monitor then phone back. Just seemed odd as I’d already finished my wee but I suppose I could have just got up and there was more pressure on my bladder? Who knows!
I’ll see how the next couple of hours go!

Mine did this op with my second. I popped a pad on and a few hours later the hospital said come in and we'll check you over just to be sure. Waters went in the lift up to ante natal with a massive gush... I was very grateful I had a pad on! Baby came that evening.

So it is possible.. didn’t want to be one of those over thinkers & worrying for no reason.
Hopefully they let me go in to be monitored & checked as I won’t stop thinking about it otherwise 🤦🏽‍♀️

I never had the gush just trickling for 2 days, thought because it was a trickle I was just wetting myself , finally phoned the MAU and they told me to come in and checked me and told me my waters had definately gone, so please get checked, not every waters breaking is the big dramatic gush! Good luck

I’m off to the hospital at 10:30 to be checked. My pad is not soaking wet but have had a few trickles over the past hour or so so best to get checked.
