Constipation during pregnancy 33 weeks sorry TMI!

So basically ladies since the last 2 days been having really weird constipation I sit on the toilet like it comes all the way to the end and just doesnt come like like a little bit does and then it just gets stuck there the rest of it and I don't even push hard so then when I eventually get up its like just stuck st the end and so uncomfortable sorry for the TMI I have been having some constipation staches but havent helped a huge lot anyone else had this or just me? Lol

I've had this its horrendous! Prune juice has really helped me! One glass a day, dont over do it as it will give you gas and the shits. Been eating dates aswell and lots of water. I was on lactulose but gave me cramps and gas that kept me awake at night.. poor husband haha

Literally got to week 33 and haven't been able to go. Been fine throughout.

I've been upping my fibre and fruit in take but I'm on the verge of going to boots and seeing what's safe to use in pregnancy
