Staying Motivated at Work

I'm 29 weeks tomorrow and I've completely lost interest in work. It all seems to pointless and irrelevant, my performance is really slipping and I know how bad that is considering I'm still over 8 weeks off going on leave. I'm just so tired all the time and while I've been disinterested in work for a while, my feelings have worsened since we had a scare yesterday.

Any tips on how to stay tuned in and motivated?

Take it week by week (or even day by day), and just do what you can to get through.

Set yourself tasks - 3 things you'll do that day. Break them right down to make them manageable and not ambitious. If you achieve anything else, count it as a win!

I've got a week and a half left til maternity leave, and I've really been struggling with motivation over past 3/4 weeks, maybe longer. Just remember it's a blip, and tiredness is a massive factor, so be really kind to yourself.

I could have wrote this post myself! I think as soon as you see that BFP your brain switches to baby mode!
I just try and focus on weekly to do lists/deadlines and then anything else is a bonus :) 8 weeks isn't long to go at all though so you will be starting your mat leave in no time!
