Regular turning 34 weeks

Is it normal for babies to still be going from head down, to breech, to transverse at 34 weeks? I'm sure it can't be normal because it's so painful 😂

Mine did in my first pregnancy. I was told it was fine. By 38 weeks she stayed put!
