Struggling with anxiety

So, basically as above I am just really anxious.

10+6 and so worried about missed miscarriage. No reason to be as never had one previously but just worried.

I had some brown discharge last week just a little which I know can be normal.

I still have nausea, back ache, sensitive boobs and am tired.

I took 2 more strong lines tests this week.

But then I tell myself the symptoms could still be there with bad news.

I have a private scan Sunday and nhs one the following week.

Anyone help?
Anyone feel the same?

Hi, I can’t really help with any coping strategies because I’m exactly the same, but I can say what you’re going through is totally understandable. This trimester is a nightmare because we have no idea what’s going on in our bodies. MMC is on my mind most of the time too.

You could chat to your doctor about the discharge just in case. But hopefully the scan will help (they never reassure me for long). If it helps, MMC is quite rare.

Lots of hugs.

I felt the exact same with my 2nd pregnancy, 1st was a MMC.
I had an early scan to confirm heart beat, still pretty convinced I was going to miss carry, 12 week scan, everything was fine. Thought at my 20 week scan that they were bound to find something wrong.
Basically unless I was on the CTG or being scanned or being kicked (anterior placenta, so didn’t feel much which really didn’t help!) I was pretty convinced there was something wrong.
I had an extremely anxious pregnancy, and luckily I had an amazing maternity unit who put up with me and looked after me very well.
I would be amazed if there’s anyone who doesn’t feel some level of anxiety during pregnancy!
