First pregnancy and iv been feeling sick 24 hours a day for the last two weeks. Any advice?

8 weeks, I havent actually been sick yet just constantly feel sick.

To prescribe something to ease it a bit - I had a phone appointment with mine and they've sent the prescription to my local pharmacy that I can pick up later today. Fingers crossed it helps.

I think it’s normal to be honest, I had some days where I barely ate. Just get fluids in you, ice lollies might help, crackers etc.

You could try peppermint tea as well OP, just sip it. Or ginger tea is meant to be good. You should feel better in a couple of weeks x

Thanks all :) so hard at this stage when you can't talk to anyone you know haha.
I hate ginger but will definitely give peppermint a try. Having a new found sympathy for those who have it throughout
