Since hitting 10 weeks symptoms have really eased no nausea although still cant face certain foods, still a bit tired but not as much and boobs dont seem as sore to touch still a little bit but not as much is this all normal at this stage?

Don’t worry I had extreme nausea, fatigue etc etc and then at 10+4 I woke up and felt great, it means that your placenta has taken over from the little sac that was supplying your baby before, the placenta means your body doesn’t have to work as hard so you'll feel less awful! It’s scary but please try and enjoy it before the heartburn or pelvic pain kicks in lol. Congrats! I’m 34 weeks now and all the 1st trimester symptoms have came back with a vengeance hahaha

My symptoms started dropping off at around the 10 week mark too. Almost totally gone by the 12th, at which point, I got to see my happy, wriggly baby at the first scan. Enjoy this time and try not to worry unless you have an instinct something is really wrong. 😊

You sound just like me at 10+2 but I have in and booked a second private scan - all was well and baby was wriggling away and v active. Try not to worry, symptoms are different for everyone x

Between 10 and 13 weeks it is common for symptoms to start to subside. Your hormones calm down and bit and you have finished forming the placenta these are the two main culprits for first trimester symptoms.
It's a nervous wait for that next or first scan just try to stay occupied.

As others have said this is so common. With my first I only had mild nausea and upset tummy. By 10/11 weeks I was feeling much better (although nervous just like you).
No such luck with the second. Nausea carried on until around the 16 week mark and I was so fed up with it. Sad
