Exercise during pregnancy

Hi, I'm now 13+5 and thankfully have a lot more energy than I did a few weeks ago. I am running a couple of times a week but generally only about 5k and I find it tough. As I'm working from home, I can be in the house for 2 or 3 days and not do any exercise. Does anyone have any online exercise videos they can recommend? I'm just concerned my lifestyle at the minute is probably a bit too sedentary and would like to do more safely. Thank you

I used the What To Expect When You're Expecting - The Workout (basically antenatal aerobics), plus antenatal Yoga and Pilates dvds. I alternated those with swimming and very long walks (commuting and then just for leisure once on maternity leave).

There's loads on you tube and sone are pregnancy specific, just search for pregnant or antenatal workouts xx

Thank you, would have been swimming but obviously can't at the moment. I'll look on YouTube x

I am 16+4, run 4.5miles 3-4 times a week (it’s a long slow slog), do some intervals I make up myself and do Pilates on YouTube (I like BodyFit by Amy), other than that lots of walking. With my first I swam lots and 2nd I did body pump up until I was 35+ weeks... I’ve always just tried to keep at whatever I could just listen to your body, accept you’ll be slower and you need to adjust moves.
